About New Day
A group practice founded in 2015 to make high-quality mental health care more accessible.
Our Mission

New Day Family Counseling Center was founded in 2015 by Dr. Benjamin Seigler with a vision of making high-quality mental health care more accessible to individuals, children, and families in the community. New Day was built on the belief that healing should be accessible to everyone, not limited by financial barriers, circumstances, or background. From the beginning, the organization has focused on providing compassionate, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and client-centered care in a safe and supportive environment. As New Day has grown, that mission has expanded beyond providing therapy. The organization is committed to strengthening the local mental health workforce by training and supervising emerging clinicians, expanding access to affordable and grant-supported services, and building sustainable, community-rooted mental health resources. Today, New Day serves communities across Northern California while continuing to grow its vision: to make quality mental health care accessible, strengthen individuals and families, and build healthier communities for generations to come.
