Workforce Development
Training and supervision for associate therapists and trainees strengthen the local mental health workforce.

Training and Community
New Day Training Center is the nonprofit arm of New Day, created to expand access to trauma-informed mental health care and to train the next generation of clinicians.
Who We Are
Our work is rooted in trauma-informed practice, culturally responsive care, client-centered treatment, and ethical clinical supervision. We serve individuals, children, and families, especially in underserved and low-income communities.
Why We Exist
Across the region, long waitlists, financial barriers, and workforce shortages keep people from care. The Training Center expands affordable and grant-supported services, trains and supervises emerging clinicians, invests in community-rooted care, and builds long-term mental health infrastructure.
